    Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available Location: Ronkonkoma, NY Our business is highly regarded worldwide for distinctive painting, artistic and decorative finishing, architectural woodwork finishing and specializing in wide plank flooring and for private select residences. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, confident, friendly and hardworking to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must work with extreme attention to detail, a willingness to go above and beyond and work within an environment of discretion and confidentiality. Operational and Administrative Duties (not limited to): -Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. -Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary. -Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records. -Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. -Provide clerical support including filing. -Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. -Perform company errands as needed -Manage correspondences through emails, texts and phone calls in a timely and accurate manner -Compliance and renewals of licenses and certificates for company -Assisting in project insurance compliance -Communicating and scheduling with clients, vendors, and contractors -Record minutes during conference calls and meetings as requested -Organize and maintain Dropbox file -Perform special projects as needed -Process new hire onboarding -Scheduling travel and accommodations -Coordinate and schedule maintenance for the facility, vehicles and real estate properties Skills & Requirements: -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. -Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Hold a valid driver’s license -Creative and willingness to take on work independently
