Job Description Overview AirSculpt is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Southeast! The Regional Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across multiple centers within a designated region. This individual will oversee a team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs) and collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership to ensure center success. A results-driven, emotionally intelligent leader with deep expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales will thrive in this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sales Leadership & Execution • Drive consult-to-sale performance and overall revenue attainment across centers., • Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets., • Serve as the sales leader for multiple high-performing centers., • Conduct regular in-person and virtual check-ins with local teams to ensure alignment and accountability., • Foster a culture of empowerment, excellence, and accountability., • Identify training needs and implement best practices in consultative selling., • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience and aligned business goals., • Identify growth opportunities and market-specific trends that impact center performance., • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a direct-to-consumer or retail medical aesthetics environment (cosmetic surgery, medspa, elective health, luxury healthcare preferred)., • Proven success managing multi-unit teams and delivering consistent performance across KPIs., • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams., • Deep knowledge of sales funnel mechanics, CRM systems, and performance metrics., • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills., • Bilingual preferred (Spanish), • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours), • Insurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, • Retirement Plan: 401(k) & Roth IRA Starting at $90K (commensurate with experience) plus bonus.
