As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while ensuring speed, consistency, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages quickly and accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards. Support teammates by communicating clearly, staying organized, and helping where needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and shop. Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and health & safety guidelines. Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for both customers and coworkers. Qualifications & Skills: Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (but not required; training provided). Ability to work quickly while staying detail-oriented. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating great customer experiences.
