Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, bathroom and basement, • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, saucing, • Follow all food handling safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Qualifications • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required, • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others., • Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
