This work includes playing an active role in the review and selection of workforce equity funding proposals from community-based organizations, employers and educational institutions, including those that support expanded outreach, engagement and job training opportunities in climate-critical occupations for residents of Environmental Justice Neighborhoods and other underserved populations, and programming to support underrepresented businesses grow in the clean energy industry. The fellow will also assist with awards and contracts, monitoring progress of awardees, participating in check-in calls, and conducting stakeholder outreach, research projects and data analysis as requested. About CHA Labor and Delivery The Maternity Suite at Cambridge Hospital is a beautiful unit with lovely views of downtown Boston and Harvard Square. It includes a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Unit and a Post Partum Unit and helps more than 1,100 growing families every year. The 7-bed Labor Unit has 3 triage bays and 2 ORs. We are proud of our multidisciplinary patient care, our culturally sensitive approach to labor and delivery, and some of the lowest C-section rates in Massachusetts. The Post Partum Unit consists of 12 private rooms with a level 1b continuing care nursery. This unit provides care for mothers and infants right after birth and through the early stages of postpartum to discharge. ABOUT THE JOB The Product Sourcing Engineer drives the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including folks in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
