The RN will handle patient care in the ICU settings and will receive orientation specific to the role. Nurses may be reassigned mid-shift as needed. \n\nResponsibilities\n\n • Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of licensed physicians.\n, • Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure individualized care.\n, • Direct nursing support staff in patient care while adhering to nursing standards and policies.\n, • Maintain patient ratios no greater than 1:3 across various units.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\n, • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).\n, • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).\n, • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in ICU (No new grads).\n, • Current PA Registered Nurse License (Required).\n, • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (Required).\n, • TNCC certification (Preferred).\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
