Job DescriptionRole Overview: Lead and support enterprise and growth account portfolios in Home Services, Healthcare (patient acquisition), and E-commerce. Manage Account Leaders, guide teams using data-driven strategies to achieve performance marketing goals (LTV/CAC, ROAS, payback). Prioritize transparency, speed, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as VP and Director-level contact for 4-8 accounts, point-of-contact; lead/assist strategic client sessions (QBR/MBR), • Turn business objectives into actionable channel plans, budget management and test roadmaps, • Challenge briefs and present options with risks and implications, • Oversee billing, reporting, and delivery with Account Supervisors/Managers, • Project manage dotted-line teams in media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and creative, • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, QA, and project workflows, • Manage for KPI achievement in paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics, • Assist in new business pitches, deck development, and project management, • Identify expansion opportunities and shape SOWs to protect scope/marginFirst 90 Days:, • Assess accounts, generate insights, • Present recommendations and participate in communications, • Standardize processes, eliminate bottlenecks in project management, • Present and develop QBRs, validate results, and help establish quarterly goalsSuccess Metrics:, • Meet KPIs (CAC payback, LTV/CAC, ROAS, revenue), • Maintain client retention, satisfaction, and demonstrate high EQ with clients, • Deliver quality work on time, • Demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter with problem-solving skillsRequired Qualifications:, • 4–8 years digital performance marketing experience, incl. 2+ years managing teams, • Domain expertise in at least two sectors: Home Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, • Advanced affiliate marketing, lead generation, analytics, and paid media proficiency, • Strong communication, dashboarding, and project leadership (Agile, Monday.com or similar project management software)Preferred candidates will have:, • Pest control, healthcare, patient acquisition,and e-commerce experience, • Fortune 500/PE-backed portfolio background, certifications (Google, Meta, Google Analytics), • Knowledge of privacy/data governance/TCPA, • Knowledge of call tracking platforms like Invoca, Call Rail, or Ringba, • Demonstrated knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization tools, • Knowledge of the Theory of constraints or system dynamics, • Trusted Advisor Mentality Interested?
