The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing specifically on orthopedic conditions. This role calls for a therapist who is passionate about their work, has a deep understanding of the human body, and is committed to helping patients regain their physical abilities. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field, you will be joining a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to providing the best possible care. Responsibilities: 1. Assess patient condition by reviewing their health and medical histories., 2. Create personalized treatment plans that align with patient health needs and goals., 3. Apply a variety of physical therapy techniques to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent disability., 4. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary., 5. Educate patients and their families about what to expect from the recovery process and how best to cope with challenges., 6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient care, recovery, and well-being., 7. Attend professional development workshops and seminars to improve and maintain knowledge and competency., 8. Ensure compliance with all federal and state physical therapy regulations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. A postgraduate degree is highly desirable., 2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on orthopedic conditions., 3. Current state license to practice physical therapy., 4. Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence., 5. Strong understanding of the principles of physical therapy, with a particular focus on orthopedics., 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team., 7. Ability to manage a diverse caseload, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks., 8. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
