Travel: Up to 40% annually (field‑based territory role) Total Rewards: $80,000–$110,000 base salary (depending on experience) • Uncapped commission incentives, • Car allowance & gas card We're looking for a Specialty Infusion Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — a relationship‑driven sales professional who brings accountability, purpose, and a patient‑first mindset to territory growth. Why This Role Matters The Territory Account Executive plays a critical role in expanding patient access to specialty infusion and biologic therapies. By building trusted partnerships with providers and healthcare organizations, this role directly influences how quickly and effectively patients can begin and sustain life‑impacting treatment. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Helps patients access complex infusion and biologic therapies sooner, • Supports providers with a reliable, high‑touch infusion partner, • Strengthens care coordination across home infusion, infusion suites, and physician practices, • Promote specialty infusion, IVIG, and biologic therapies across key therapeutic areas including Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology, • Build and grow strategic relationships with healthcare providers across home infusion, infusion suites, physician clinics, specialty pharmacies, and regional health systems, • Educate providers on appropriate clinical use, patient access pathways, and care coordination support, • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive referral growth and market access, • Identify and influence key decision‑makers involved in prescribing, referrals, and care coordination, • Navigate payer coverage, formulary dynamics, and access barriers in partnership with internal teams, • Represent LUX Infusion at conventions, symposiums, trade shows, and networking events, • Share competitive intelligence and market insights to inform regional and organizational strategy, • A passion for relationship‑based selling that delivers real clinical value, • Strong ownership of territory performance and outcomes, • Comfort operating independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment, • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, • Minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy, • Proven, consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over year, • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, biologics, specialty medications, durable medical equipment, or home‑based clinical services, • Experience with infusion therapy, specialty biologics, immunology, oncology, neurology, or gastroenterology, • Knowledge of reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows, • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven sales work with direct patient impact, • Autonomy and ownership over your territory, • A collaborative, high‑performance culture, • Strong clinical and operational teams behind every referral While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
