Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner * Accurately collect client lodging requirements and enter all data into the reservation queue system * Monitor and respond to reservation and lodging-related emails, assigning or escalating tasks as necessary * Book lodging accommodations accurately and within required timeframes * Coordinate directly with hotels to confirm reservations, modify bookings, and resolve lodging issues * Communicate lodging confirmations, updates, and issues to clients promptly and professionally * Negotiate and confirm hotel rates to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients * Review Salesforce entries to prevent duplicate or conflicting reservations * Inform clients of applicable hotel policies that may result in additional charges, including cancellation fees, parking fees, or other hotel-imposed costs * Address and resolve client concerns related to CHS lodging facilities in a timely manner * Complete nightly check-in call lists and thoroughly document all communications and actions in Salesforce Experience and Qualifications * Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Lodging Coordinator or in a comparable reservation role (required) * Previous experience in the hospitality or lodging industry (preferred) * Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Compensation and Benefits (After 90 Days of Employment) * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) After one (1) year of continuous service, CHS provides comprehensive coverage for allied medical expenses at no cost to the employee.
