Job Description Auto Body Estimator Location: Plainfield, NJ Company: C&L Auto Body C&L Auto Body, a well-established multi-shop operator (MSO) in Northern New Jersey, is expanding! We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. With over 5 years of estimating experience, you’ll play a key role in our growing operation—particularly supporting our blueprinting department in Plainfield. As we continue to open new locations, we’re focused on hiring individuals who are not only experts in their field but are also looking for long-term career growth within a family-run business that values its team members. Opportunities for advancement across multiple locations, a supportive, team-oriented work environment the chance to be part of a fast-growing, family-owned business Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Write accurate and detailed repair estimates, • Order parts efficiently and track deliveries, • Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process, • Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards, • Work closely with insurance adjusters and maintain strong DRP/insurance partner relationships, • Monitor job costs to ensure profitability and control expenses, • Auto Estimating: 5 years (Preferred), • Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred, • Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed, • Parts Trader Experience (preferred), • ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing (preferred), • Understanding of gross profit (preferred)About Company C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ.
