About the Role: You'll be working in a high-traffic warehouse environment where focus, independence, and safety are key. Operators must be able to confidently use power equipment, including working at heights, while maintaining productivity and attention to detail. If you're skilled with a sit-down forklift or cherry/order picker and looking for a stable role with great perks, we'd love to hear from you! Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a sitdown Forklift and Ability to operate electric and Propane Lifts. We test on-site driving skills. If an associate fails the test, they will not qualify for the position. • 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm $20/hour; Must be able to work Overtime Perks & Benefits • Casual Dress Code, • Modern, high tech Environment, • Paid Training, • Weekly paychecks, • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, • Medical / Dental Insurance, • Paid Time Off, • Advancement Opportunities, • $20.00/Hour Employment Type & Shifts • Full Time, • Long Term, • 1st Shift Job Responsibilities • Load and unload tires from trucks and inspect the product before loading, • Perform various written and oral instructions from supervisors, • Operate forklifts safely while following all company policy, • Pick, store, stack, and palletize non-perishable bulk products, • Assist with general labor duties as assigned, • Maintain accuracy with basic math for inventory and order processing, • Reach overhead, twist, turn, squat, and lift up to 50-75 lbs solo, • Work independently in a high-traffic, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain zero tolerance for cell phone use on the warehouse floor, • Recognize and respond to safety signals, warning signs, and alarms, • Read and understand standard operating procedures, labels, and instructions clearly, • Comfortable working at heights on cherry/order pickers, • Focused, self-motivated, and safety-conscious, • Ready to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Associate Requirements • Background Check, • Able to Lift 75 pounds, • Drug Test, • Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
