Job Description This position is based in Victor, NY - Can be worked remotely We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead sales of punch/binding equipment and steel wire consumables across North America. This role is responsible for cultivating and expanding strong relationships with strategic OEM partners, dealers, and high-value commercial accounts purchasing directly from our client. Job Summary: The Sr. Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing direct market opportunities, aligning with evolving punch-and-binding application needs to drive both equipment sales and consumable growth. By building and executing strategic sales initiatives, the successful candidate will help shape long-term market presence and contribute to the expansion of a $10M+ revenue channel. As a key member of the North American sales team, this individual will be instrumental in positioning our client as the partner of choice for innovative, high-quality punch and binding solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Play an active and leading role in all product launch planning and market delivery to ensure the company’s sales plans objectives are met or exceeded in the metal/plastic wire punch and binding portfolio., • Manage overall account activities designed to secure and grow business and profitability-Hit 100%+ of objectives., • Supporting long-term equipment/product application development programs within the Global product/R&D teams and specific solution teams., • Comfortable leading and working through product development cycles for accounts, ensuring customer’s evolving product needs are understood, communicated and meet market requirements, • Comfortable w/ using database products/message development to enable outreach pre and post sales to reinforce all learnings and provide a vehicle for new information to be shared., • Search, mine, and develop all possible client leads into actual, active customers operating in the punching/binding product space-Help clients (existing/new) grow product placement, but grow consumable usage rates organically and through new app development as a prime driver of time and attention management., • Meet or exceed all product sales goals, achieve long-term and short-term project assignments to broaden and deepen all solutions within assigned accounts., • Collect and analyze data using data analysis tools to verify product and sales performance and provide feedback to management and product development team members., • Work closely w/ all technical and engineering company resources from install to break/fix to product configuration work to ensure the highest level of customers’ acceptance and purchase/repurchase of goods., • Develop and maintain budgeting requirements for the assigned channel, indirect and direct accounts., • 10+ years of sales experience selling into highly complex networks, managing both long-term hardware sales cycles and shorter-term consumable sales cycles, is required., • Managing the high-value commercial accounts, servicing the account requirements w/ correctly adapted solutions, and directing pipelines to achieve or exceed both revenue and profitability goals from original consideration through demonstration and evaluation steps into final purchase stages., • Proven track record of achieving sales quota’s and customer satisfaction goals., • Background in high-tech print-finishing, packaging, labeling and mailing solutions, desired., • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills., • Strong customer relationship management skills and a demonstrated ability to conduct yourself with the highest levels of professionalism and show sincere customer empathy even in particularly stressful situations., • Ability to travel to customer sites in North America to evaluate on-site sales opportunities, product needs, development requirements, training needs or provide higher-order operational planning., • The Amount of travel will vary but is expected to be up to 30%. Some international travel will be required on a case-by-case basis., • Strong follow-up skills to verify issues are either closed or on a path towards resolution., • Strong Microsoft applications suite skills (Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), required., • Any prior experience with Service, desired., • Information Systems helpful, but not required. Any AI language and implementation experience is also a plus., • Prior military background is considered positive in many dimensions., • Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted., • Valid Driver’s license and Passport required., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
