Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Professional Work Environment Responsibilities • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings., • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information., • Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests., • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and stored., • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances., • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel., • Manage discovery process, including document review and production., • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field., • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal., • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation., • Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
