The Role As we grow our organization, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Key Account Specialist to join our fast-growing Dental vertical. This role will manage a portfolio (book of business) of 300-400 Key Accounts focusing on Large DSOs, to drive expansion and growth of usage. The ideal candidate will work directly with dental practices at all levels to identify opportunities and engage remotely to drive usage, with a goal of growing into the #1 patient financing solution for dental practices across the US. What You'll Own: • Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and align business objectives with partner needs, • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within dental practices at all levels, such as Drs., decision-makers, influencers, office managers and treatment coordinators. Understand their goals, challenges, and pain points to effectively position products and services, • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure account health, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions when Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
