Job Description Lease Account Manager: Bentley Truck Services, a national award-winning commercial truck dealer and a leading full service & rental provider, is in search of a seasoned account executive for its Truck Leasing & Rental operations in Philadelphia, PA. This is a position that requires a “Hunter Mindset & Cultivation Expertise” necessary to secure accounts in a very competitive marketplace. You would excel in seeking well established prospects, cultivate relationships at multiple corporate levels, service the prospects via Lease, Rental & Maintenance Services, understand and anticipate truck applications needs, win relationships with C Level decision makers to facilitate closing fleet deals. Benefits: • Sick/PTO, • Paid Holidays, • Competitive Wage, • Generous 401k match., • Medical, Dental, Vision, • Employee Referral Bonus, • Company Paid Life Insurance, • Supplemental Life, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance Responsibilities: • Self-starter leader requiring minimal supervision with and an “entrepreneurial attitude”., • Perform continuous weekly prospecting via cold calling, team calls, emails and sales blitzes., • Cultivate relationships with in-person visits, proactive follow ups, demonstrations and presentations., • Provide CRM daily reports as well as weekly and monthly pipeline updates to management., • Generate sales and branch revenue growth through a sustained sales campaign and closings., • Skillfully manage the sales process, develop customer buy-in for profitable effective closings., • Retain and service existing customers winning effective relationships through service & trust., • Identify fleet operators and develop prospects towards profitable Rental, Lease & Fleet Services., • Cooperate and exemplify the meaning of "team" with the Service, Rental, and Sales Departments., • Manage account portfolio pertaining to receivables, annual reviews and fleet performance metrics., • Understand truck specifications, capacities required per application and truck terms., • Actively listen to customers' needs, ascertain timing and convey fleet solutions with expertise. Qualifications: • Strong prospecting and closing skills., • Truck Leasing and Rental Sales experience preferred., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills., • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and basic applications., • Strong computer skills covering Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint., • Highly-detailed oriented skills to process truck specifications, orders, and lease contracts. Job Requirements: • Professional image and demeanor., • Previous Lease Sales Experience a plus., • Basic understanding of business finance., • A clean and valid driver's license is required., • Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting plans., • Must possess good customer service and closing technique skills.
