Job DescriptionDescription: Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Welcome and greet guests., • Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to care for them., • Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services., • Take food and beverage orders from guests, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system., • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly., • Prepare the final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change., • Perform side work as management requires at the start and end of each shift., • Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service., • Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers., • Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers., • Must be at least 18 years old., • Obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training., • Must work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week., • Attend all scheduled team member meetings.Requirements: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The requirements below represent knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
