You will perform quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs. Assisting the estimator with accurate estimates and minimizing the need for supplements. Understanding the repair vs replacement process is important in the position. Job Requirements: * 5 plus years of auto-body collision experience preferred * Follow the company blueprinting process and disassembly procedures (DFR) for all vehicle inspections * Disassemble vehicles after the initial estimate, inspect all vehicles for internal structure and parts from the initial inspection (estimate), and identify additional damage Complete disassembly of the vehicle to assist estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% repair plan Document and record additional damage and required parts on a damage report (including blend panels, small parts, on-time use fasteners, moldings, etc.).
