The Registered Nurse will also engage in case management, medical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Must be able to travel to locations for service., • Schedule must be flexible, • Answers questions and provides information to patients on compound ingredients, dosage, storage medication(s), use of medication(s), pertinent interaction(s) and other information relating to the compounded medication(s), • Mixes pharmaceutical preparations and appropriately labels containers, • Establishes and maintains compounding records and enters prescription data accurately, • Assists the clinic team in providing patient care, • Assists in maintaining inventory of the IV area, including, but not limited to: labels, medication, compounding ingredients, vials, etc., • Cleans and helps maintain equipment and work areas according to SOPs, • Maintains proper storage and security conditions of vitamins, ingredients and finished compounds, • Follows established SOPs, assists with formulation development of new SOPs anddata entry, and competence in mathematical calculations, • Effectively communicates with prescribers and other healthcare professionals, conveying appropriate information to designated staff for proper compounding of IV vitamins and IM Quickshots, • Attends professional meetings and interacts professionally with patients, staff and external associates as needed, • Delegates tasks to other staff members according to individual strengths/weaknesses., • Oversees SOP implementation, training verification, formulation of medications, CQI, quality of ingredients, staffing requirements, patient-specific needs, and any other aspect of work in the IV area, • Evaluate, plan, implement and document nursing care for clients, • Prepare IV & IM vitamins for administration with appropriate technique, • Inserting, monitoring and removing IV - ensuring needles and tubing stay in place during treatment, and procedure is done as easily and comfortably as possible.Oversight of the client during the infusion process, • Reviewing treatment plans and ensuring the clients are up to date with labs and f/uappointments, • Clean and maintain infusion room & sterile hood, • Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to schedulingappointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing healthhistory forms, and providing excellent customer service, • Performs venipuncture. Responsibilities • Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience, • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using the salon booking system, • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing, • Coordinate closely with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth and accurate scheduling, • Check clients in and out efficiently and process payments, • Assist with retail product sales and recommend products based on client needs, • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, and reception workspace, • Ensure retail displays and product shelves remain stocked and organized, • Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients, • Manage walk-in clients and assist in fitting them into the schedule when possible, • Handle client questions or concerns in a professional and friendly manner, • Support stylists with client flow and help keep the day running on schedule, • Assist with light administrative tasks such as organizing forms, client records, and daily reports, • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required, • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment, • Previous salon, spa, or customer service experience is a plus, • West Orange, NJ 07052 (Required)

Voyager Trucking has a proud history of fast and reliable service, and a commitment to safe operations. We are seeking safety conscious CDL-A Drivers to service the Newark, NJ area. Job Summary: The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating Class A CDL trucks to and from transfer stations, incinerators, and transfer stations. The employee is also responsible for daily safety inspections and DVIR reports, and accurate HOS tracking and load entry. The ideal candidate for this position has at least two years operating a tractor trailer and experience in safety sensitive functions. Enjoy competitive benefits after 90 days, and paid training! Duties and Responsibilities: · Local, home daily runs, under 150 air-mile exemption · No Touch Freight · Climb a ladder and tarping trailer · Pre- and Post- Trip inspections daily · Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed Minimum Qualifications: · Must posses a Class A CDL with at least two years experience · Must have a clean MVR · Must be able to pass a road and drug test · Must preform a proper pre- and post- trip inspection · Must be able to climb a ladder · Not SAP Program friendly Preferred Qualifications: · Tipper and/or Walking Floor experience a PLUS · Waste Hauling Experience a PLUS
