Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into the warehouse management system., • Assist in receiving, storing, and shipping products in accordance with company policies and procedures., • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate and discrepancies are addressed promptly., • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices., • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time., • Respond to inquiries from management, suppliers, and customers regarding inventory status and order fulfillment., • Support the implementation of safety and compliance procedures within the warehouse environment., • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records., • Assist in training new warehouse staff on inventory management processes and systems.
