Department: Sales Reports to: VP, C&I Sales, West Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year + Bonus/Commissions FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support our growth and drive sales in the South West Region (CA, AZ,NM) As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales strategy and execution across your assigned region, managing agency and distributor partnerships. You will drive new business development to expand MaxLite’s revenue and deliver innovative, energy-efficient solutions to our customers. Your industry expertise and commitment to service will help you grow new accounts, strengthen existing relationships, and work closely with our dedicated internal teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and grow key relationships across distributors, independent reps, contractors, ESCOs, LMCs, and corporate accounts within the assigned region., • Support and develop agency and sales representative partners through product training, pricing guidance, quoting support, and performance feedback., • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with distributor and ESCO partners to build and track project pipelines., • Drive regional sales performance by supporting promotions, product rollouts, rebate programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives., • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing regular updates and insights to leadership., • Manage regional sales activities and expenses, including travel, trade shows, reporting, and alignment with sales targets., • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, • 5+ years of progressive sales/ account management experience in the lighting industry with a demonstrated track record of results, • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications and processes, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, analyze challenges, and drive effective solutions, • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBi, with minimal learning curve, • This is a remote position required to travel at least 80% of the time, • Must be comfortable with various means of transportation: by plane, train, car, etc., • Must be able to walk, talk, sit, stand, bend, listen, type, read, • Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 15 pounds on occasion, • Must be eligible to work in the United States Career Progression & Growth at MaxLite: At MaxLite, roles are built with long-term growth in mind.
