About the Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving Leviant’s pipeline growth. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers—identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across hospitals and health systems nationwide. This is a high-activity, high-impact role suited for someone who is hungry, articulate, organized, and excited to grow within a fast-moving startup team. You’ll support the sales organization by booking qualified meetings, uncovering pain points, generating new opportunities, and building early-stage relationships with executives across Environmental Services, Infection Prevention, and hospital leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, hungry to grow into a full-cycle sales role, and eager to break into the medical industry by learning how to sell capital equipment into hospitals. Where We Are Hiring Leviant is headquartered in Hawthorne, NY (Westchester County) and is expanding its sales organization nationwide. We are seeking a SDR who is within commuting distance of our office. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads., • Use targeted messaging informed by data, hospital metrics, and persona-specific value propositions., • Engage prospects to assess needs, challenges, and sanitization workflows., • Qualify leads using structured criteria related to budget, authority, workflow, and infection prevention priorities., • Maintain detailed, accurate Salesforce records for all outreach activities and lead qualification., • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers on account strategy, multi-threading, and follow-up., • Follow industry trends in infection prevention, environmental services, hospital quality metrics, and UV-C technologies., • Execute and refine outbound sequences with discipline., • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs (calls, emails, sequences)., • Meet and exceed monthly goals (SQLs, meetings booked), • Participate in team meetings to align on messaging, share learning, and support a world-class sales engine. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field (preferred but not required). Experience: • 1–3 years in inside sales, SDR, or similar role (required)., • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or selling to large organizations (preferred)., • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage environment (preferred)., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • High comfort level with outbound calling and objection handling., • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (preferred)., • Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them simply., • Excellent time management and multitasking ability., • Proficiency in Google Workspace (preferred).
