Job Description Job Title: Family Physician - Kaufman Join our growing team of trusted patient-focused providers We are seeking an energetic Family Physician to join our growing team of providers, providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care outpatient services to newborns, children, adolescents, and adults at the Kaufman location. This role includes preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, in-office pediatric allergy testing and treatment, and evaluation and management of pediatric ADHD, including appropriate prescribing of medications. The position emphasizes continuity of care, evidence-based practice, and strong relationships with patients and families. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do: • Deliver comprehensive primary care to pediatric, family, and adult patients, including preventive, acute, and chronic care., • Perform patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning., • Order, interpret, and manage laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies., • Coordinate patient care with specialists, behavioral health providers, schools, and community partners as needed., • Provide pediatric allergy services, including in-office testing, diagnosis, treatment, and education on allergy management and prevention., • Evaluate and manage pediatric and adolescent ADHD using evidence-based guidelines and medication management., • Monitor treatment effectiveness, medication adherence, and side effects through regular follow-up visits., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols., • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or DO degree from an accredited medical school., • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency accredited residency, • Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Texas or be able to obtain, • Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, • Registered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legally operate as a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain, • Experience managing ADHD across pediatric populations, • Experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population, • Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar along with MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) At HHM Health, our mission starts with caring for people and that includes you.
