Scope of Position: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Evening Supervisor plays a key role in support planning by collaborating with Case Managers and clients to identify the client's strengths, needs, abilities, and goals. The Evening Supervisor is responsible for educating clients about available community services, assessing their eligibility, and facilitating enrollment in various programs such as public benefits, Veterans services, educational opportunities, volunteerism, and vocational services. This role requires timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies. Additionally, the Evening Supervisor works to maintain and strengthen community involvement by identifying local needs and fostering productive relationships with community resources, groups, and individuals.
