Job Description We are a high-energy Bowling Entertainment Center featuring 100+ arcade games, crane machines, a laser maze, 12 Brunswick String Pin bowling lanes, and 6 batting cages. What You’ll Do • Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of Techs and Game Service Attendants (GSAs)., • Oversee daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, attractions, bowling lanes, and batting cages., • Ensure Intercard and other game systems are properly maintained, and issues are resolved quickly., • Train and develop team members to grow technical skills and maintain service standards., • Track repairs, parts, and game downtime; generate reports to identify trends., • Work closely with the Technical Director to implement best practices and new systems., • Proven experience in arcade, amusement, or entertainment facility maintenance (preferred)., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable., • Technical aptitude in electronics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs., • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage schedules, inventory, and multiple priorities., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Flexible availability, including Saturdays, some holidays and 1 night shift a month for closing staff development, • Competitive pay (based on experience)., • Paid Time Off, • 401(k) Employer Contribution, • Healthcare (Including Dental & Vision), • Opportunity to grow within a fun, fast-paced entertainment company., • Hands-on leadership role where you make a direct impact on guest experience.

Pressure Kings products are synonymous with top performance, innovation, and quality. As a locally owned business, customer service is particularly important. We strive to positively impact the communities that we serve and that begins with our employees. Key responsibilities to include: • Installing and setting up new equipment on-site. This task requires a thorough understanding of the equipment and the ability to integrate it seamlessly into the client's operations, • Performing scheduled preventative inspections and maintenance on-site or in-house, • Repair the full range of commercial cleaning equipment sold by Pressure King through proper troubleshooting and effective problem solving., • Maintaining tools, equipment, workshop and vehicle in an organized, clean and safe condition always, • Keep up to date knowledge of equipment by engaging in continuous self-training, attending manufacturers training, meetings and company events, • Carrying out additional duties as requested by team members to support Pressure Kings growth targetRequired qualifications, experience and characteristics:, • Ability to find, diagnose and resolve technical issues, • Field technician experience, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Flexibility to work outside traditional hours, if needed, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Valid drivers license
