Key Responsibilities: • Provide accurate consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation services between English and the target language., • Interpret during legal proceedings, interviews, and staff meetings with high accuracy and neutrality., • Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and professionalism at all times., • Adhere to interpreter code of ethics and NLRB procedural protocols.Minimum Requirements:, • Proven experience in onsite interpretation, preferably in legal or administrative settings., • Proficiency in English and your target, • Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts., • Ability to follow procedures and maintain decorum in formal settings., • Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.Preferred Qualifications:, • Certification from state or federal interpreting programs (if applicable)., • Membership in ATA, NCIHC, or equivalent., • Experience working in government or union environments is a plus.Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
