Aetrex, Inc., one of the Top 100 privately held companies in New Jersey, is looking for a talented customer service professional to join We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager who is proactive, quick to learn, and able to think critically to resolve unexpected challenges in real time. The ideal candidate will: • Maintain a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy working with people, • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills, • Have 3+ years of experience in customer/client support, including both B2B and B2C environments, as well as supporting internal sales teams, • Possess 3+ years of team management experience, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and handling performance management and disciplinary actions, • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage time-sensitive escalations, • Be highly observant and analytical, with the ability to identify trends/issues and implement effective solutions quickly, • Have strong computer proficiency, particularly in a Windows environment, • Be proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: • Data Review/Data accuracy, • Creating/Maintaining SOPs, • Infor /M3, • Zendesk As a customer service assistant manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure the desired company growth. A normal day will involve: • Maintaining customer and internal relationships (engaging with sales reps, accounting, distribution, and other departments to ensure smooth operations)., • Support managing and training the Customer Service department, which consists of the Contact Center, Order Entry and Returns (30+ people both in the US and abroad)., • Create and Maintain documentation, SOPs, and Customer Data., • Ensure KPIs are met and maintain reports., • Data entry, check and update., • Check status of orders and solve time sensitive issues.
