Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE • Draft, negotiate, and finalise a broad range of commercial contracts with U.S. and international counterparties., • Provide clear, practical advice to business stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial opportunity., • Act as the first point of contact for legal queries from the offices in North America, collaborating with senior management and escalating issues as appropriate., • Support cross-border transactions and projects, working closely with colleagues in London and across other international offices., • Contribute to the development of legal processes, playbooks, and templates that will enhance efficiency and consistency across the department., • Engage with compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives as the department expands.
