Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini‐splits, water heaters, heat pumps) to the highest standard. * Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners and deliver a professional, respectful customer experience every time. * Complete all job notes, photos, and paperwork in ServiceTitan on your iPad with accuracy and attention to detail. * Maintain a clean, organized, professional service vehicle and follow all safety and daily vehicle inspection procedures. * Participate in a weekend/on‐call rotation with additional pay and overtime for calls. * Contribute to MJ's culture of continuous improvement and quality by sharing feedback and ideas.
