Reporting to the Engineering managers, you will oversee a team of Engineering and painter specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities. What you will do: · Supervision of all engineering works necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. · Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring 24 hour manning of the property. · Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers who will furnish reliable 24 hour emergency service as necessary. · Ensure proper execution of work order systems and that items are followed up on for completion. · Handling the purchasing of equipment, replacement parts and repairs, maintaining stock levels, including liaising with vendors and suppliers. · Work cohesively with Housekeeping to maintain our guest rooms to the highest levels of quality and functionality. What you will bring: · Proven experience in engineering, preferably within a large hotel that delivers five star quality. · Mechanical/Electrical experience is required. · The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels, across all areas, including contractors, suppliers, guests and of course our employees. · A passion for providing a great guest experience and impeccable product. · Solid verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. · Strong project management skills and exceptional organisational skills. Funciones: • Ser el enlace entre los clientes y los servicios técnicos., • Atender y asesorar al cliente final con actitud comercial, resolviendo sus dudas y necesidades de manera efectiva., • Explicar de manera clara y cercana los detalles de reparaciones, presupuestos y productos., • Promover la venta cruzada y el asesoramiento comercial en el punto de venta., • Mantener la calidad del servicio siendo una persona organizada, responsable y comprometida., • Diagnóstico y reparación de problemas técnicos en dispositivos de la marca, tanto a nivel de hardware como de software. Funciones: • Programación y planificación de obras., • Control de plazos y costes., • Visitas y control de obras., • Certificaciones de obra., • Revisión y aprobación de facturas con proveedores., • Mantener el más alto nivel de calidad mediante el establecimiento de normas y procedimientos de trabajo durante todas las fases de la obra acorde con las expectativas del cliente.
