About the job: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Architecture Platform Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the cybersecurity architecture platform within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, architectures, DevSecOps, Cloud security, and best practices to ensure the protection of the organization's digital assets. Some of your tasks as a Cybersecurity Architecture Platform Manager will be: Lead and manage the cybersecurity architecture team, DevSecOps and Cloud security providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the cybersecurity architecture platform, aligning it with the organization's business objectives and security policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architecture team, Digital factory, Global development Department, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure the integration of cybersecurity practices across the organization. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of the cybersecurity architecture platform, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure, applications, and data to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Design and implement security architectures and solutions that address identified risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's digital assets. Evaluate and select appropriate cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the organization's security posture. Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and networks. Ensure the organization's cybersecurity architecture platform complies with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE). Contribute as SME and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the organization's security objectives. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the cybersecurity architecture platform, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. About you: We would love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Security or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and platform management. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE). Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection solutions. Proven experience in incident response, security assessments, and vulnerability management. English: full professional proficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
