Summer Camp Activity Leader (English Native or Bilingual) – July 2025 We are an international private school seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Activity Leader for our Summer Camp 2025 program. The role involves organizing and supervising recreational, sports, and creative activities for children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Train, mentor, and support team members to reach their potential. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory environment. Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies when necessary and ensuring FIFO compliance. Quickly identify and resolve any operational or customer service issues. Complete accurate shift reports and communicate handovers effectively. Act as a brand ambassador for Mayan Monkey Mijas, upholding our values of sustainability, creativity, and kindness. Candidate Requirements - Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience (in food production, hospitality, retail, or similar).
