We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us elevate and professionalize our recruitment model during a period of internal evolution at Intracon. You will play a key role in shaping a more robust, data‑driven and scalable hiring process, partnering closely with our managers and supporting our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and structured person to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle in a dynamic marketing & consulting environment. 🔎 About the role • Dedication: Full-time, • Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week remote, 2 days from the office), • Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), • Project’s length: Temporary replacement contract (~1 year estimated) 💼 Main responsibilities Reporting to our People Director and working closely with multiple Hiring Managers across the company, you will: • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from role definition to onboarding., • Guide and support Hiring Managers throughout the whole process, acting as their main point of contact., • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Job Slots and execute proactive sourcing (Boolean search, talent mapping)., • Measure and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, manager satisfaction)., • Document and systematize processes to ensure repeatability and traceability., • Drive Employer Branding communication when opening new vacancies., • Integrate cultural-fit criteria into the evaluation process., • Explore and implement AI tools in at least one stage of the recruitment flow. 🎓 Background & Skills • Degree in Psychology, HR/Relaciones Laborales, Business Administration or similar., • 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in services or agency environments., • Solid command of LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing techniques (Boolean search)., • Experience working with an ATS., • Data-driven mindset: comfortable measuring, reporting and improving through KPIs., • C1 English level., • Organized, methodical and able to manage multiple processes in parallel. ➡️ What we offer • Well-connected office surrounded by green areas 🌳, • Great working environment 👌, • Hybrid mode: 3 days remote, 2 days at the office 🏠🏢, • All Fridays end at 3pm ⏰, • Summer schedule during July & August 🌞, • Multicultural and dynamic team 🌎, • Free language courses with native teachers 💬, • Fun & well-being activities (teambuildings) 🎾, • Intracon benefits (discounts on health insurance, sports centers and more) 🏷️ As an equal opportunity organization, we recruit, employ, train, compensate and promote without regard to race, religion, creed, colour, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or disability.
