Purpose of the Role As a Regional Sales Manager – East of Spain, you will drive business development and revenue growth across strategic public sector customers, including regional governments and key public bodies, provincial councils, major municipalities, public universities, and port authorities. Covering the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands, and the Region of Murcia. Responsibilities: • Own full territory or account coverage across Public Sector and selected Enterprise customers, • Manage and grow assigned Named Accounts and develop new logos, • Generate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipeline, • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets, • Lead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bids, • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencers, • Coordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers), • Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystem, • Negotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships Requirements: • 8–10+ years of experience in ICT / IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise), • Proven success managing regional territories or strategic named accounts, • Strong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud and/or AI solutions, • Solid understanding of public procurement and tender environments, • Established relationships with partners, system integrators, and distributors, • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Results-driven, autonomous, and execution-focused, • Spanish and English working proficiency What We Offer: • A fast-growing Spain market with strong business momentum, • A competitive full-stack portfolio (Network + Compute + Cloud + AI), • Existing operator and government frameworks to accelerate success, • A mature and expanding partner ecosystem (H3C SPIN), • An international, collaborative working environment, • Attractive compensation and commission structure, • Career growth opportunities in H3C’s priority markets globally
