We’re hiring a Mapping & Content Manager to own the accuracy, completeness, and performance of our hotel mapping and content pipelines across suppliers and clients. You’ll ensure that properties are correctly matched to our master catalog, that content coverage is high and up to date, and that our processes hit stringent SLAs and QA targets. Depending on experience, you’ll contribute as a hands-on technician, lead quality and SOPs, or manage the end-to-end program and cross-functional improvements. (Perform hotel ID mapping between supplier/client datasets and Nuitée’s master database; Map and reconcile inventories between CoreAPI/LiteAPI, Cupid, and partner sources (e.g., Revolut), and run QC reviews to prevent losses. Quality control & content health Run daily QC on 5–10% of total mappings; Monitor content coverage and freshness across sources (e.g., com, Expedia), aiming to keep ≥90% of sellable hotels with complete content; coordinate with Product/Content for pulls, frequency, and gap closure. Define, update, and enforce SOPs across supplier/client first-time mapping, ongoing updates (manual & automated), special feeds, and inventory checks (deduplication, database health, cross-product sync). Partner with Tech/Product to improve automation, connectors, and data integration; review weekly/monthly performance and drive measurable improvements, including bulk/high-impact client mappings. Collaborate closely with Content, Tech, Product, and Supply to align mapping and content health with business goals. 3–5+ years in data operations, catalog/mapping, or content management, ideally in travel, e-commerce, or similar industries. ~ Understanding of hotel inventories, OTA content standards, and supplier/client data feeds. ~ com / Expedia content pipelines or similar platforms is a plus. ~ Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and SQL for data investigation. ~ Familiar with APIs, ETL tools, and automation pipelines. ~ Nuitée’s API-first platform is solving this, enabling businesses to access hotel inventory seamlessly and at scale. com, Stripe, and Shopify—we’re equipped to scale our ambition globally.
