What will you be doing?: frog partners with clients to envision and build new businesses, and to enhance existing ones through new products, services, and experiences. You will contribute to business development efforts (with special focus on Middle East) by shaping proposals, crafting approaches, and participating in client conversations. As an Associate Strategy Director, you will guide multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, technologists, and program managers across engagements. This is a leadership role with primary responsibility for shaping project direction, ensuring successful delivery and actively supporting the business development and thought leadership. You will lead the development of clear points of view, structure complex and ambiguous challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You will build strong client relationships while advising and supporting the day-to-day work of the frog team. Working across the business and product lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with designers and technologists to ensure solutions respond to both business realities and human needs. You will help teams and clients navigate uncertainty by framing the right questions and synthesizing diverse inputs into coherent strategic direction. You should excel in the analytical process and be comfortable in the creative one, as well as responsive to feedback, and confident presenting work to senior stakeholders. We want you to have: • 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: business strategy, corporate strategy, innovation management, business design, product or service strategy, market development or foresight, • Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills, including experience with financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis, • Excellent communication skills as a writer, presenter, and workshop facilitator, • Solid business development skills and experience in supporting or leading sales efforts, • A track record of identifying growth opportunities and helping bring new offerings to market, • Comfort using a range of research, analytical, and digital/AI tools to support insight generation and decision-making, • Willingness to travel for project delivery, and client meetings, • Business-level proficiency in English and Spanish xcskxlj It would be a bonus if you had: • An MBA with high academic performance, or any other advanced degree with high academic performance, • Experience working in a consultancy, agency, or other client-services business, • Experience on delivering projects or developing business in Middle East, • Experience uniting diverse stakeholders around a common vision grounded in human needs, • A history of researching, writing, and speaking publicly on business, strategy, innovation, and related topics, • An interest in technology, both extant and emerging as well as how technological change (including advances in AI) is shaping industries and business models, • Business-level fluency in Arabic (and additional language is a plus!)
