About the role We are looking for a Chief AI Officer to lead the AI transformation of Homeclub end to end. This is one of the most strategic positions in the company, with a direct seat at the executive committee. Your mission will be to identify, design, and deploy AI across every area of the business — Operations, Customer Service, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance — to transform how we work and unlock the next leap in productivity, service quality, and growth. We are not looking for a Head of Data Science or a research-focused AI leader. We need someone who understands modern AI deeply and turns it into measurable business impact: rethought processes, productive deployments, and tangible P&L results. You will work hand in hand with our Technology team, who owns the platform, while you own the AI agenda and how it transforms the company. What you'll do • Define and lead the AI strategy of the company, with a clear mandate to transform every business vertical., • Identify AI-transformable processes across Operations, Customer Service, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance, redesign them end-to-end together with each business owner, and translate the work into a prioritized roadmap., • Design, build, and deploy AI use cases — agents, copilots, automation, predictive models — getting hands-on with the first ones personally before scaling delivery through the team., • Build and lead the AI team (AI engineers, AI product managers, applied scientists) and own its roadmap and budget., • Establish KPIs tied directly to business impact: productivity per employee, cost per operation, cycle time, processes automated, revenue enabled., • Partner closely with the Technology team on data, governance, security, and infrastructure. The AI–Tech interface is co-designed, not negotiated., • Lead change management across business units to ensure AI adoption sticks and translates into real outcomes., • Stay ahead of the AI landscape (models, tools, vendors, regulation) and decide what we adopt, build, or ignore., • Sit on the executive committee and participate in the company's strategic decisions., • Build a culture of fast experimentation, rigorous measurement, and continuous improvement. About you • 10–15 years of professional experience overall, with a strong recent track record leading AI or transformation initiatives. Given how new the modern AI stack is, we care more about the depth and impact of recent work than about years strictly counted in an "AI" role. Senior leaders from adjacent fields — Data, Product, Engineering, Strategy — who have moved decisively into AI in the last 2–3 years are very welcome to apply., • Strong combination of strategic and technical depth: you understand modern AI (LLMs, agents, automation, ML, RAG, vector databases) as well as modern data stacks (data lakes, warehouses, transformation pipelines, process automation tooling), and can also build a roadmap that the executive team and the board can act on., • Background in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar) combined with operational AI experience, OR senior AI leadership at a scaled tech company., • Proven track record deploying AI in production to transform business processes, with measurable P&L impact. Not pilots, not labs., • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (AI engineers, AI PMs, data scientists) and shipping in production., • Strong process redesign instinct: able to map current-state processes with each business owner, spot where AI changes the equation, and own the change management to bring the new way of working into production., • Strong analytical mindset: you think in KPIs, business outcomes, and unit economics., • Strategic vision combined with strong hands-on execution capability. Comfortable prototyping, evaluating models and architectures in depth, and shipping the first use cases personally before handing them off. Can move from a board discussion to a sprint review without losing context., • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at C-level and partner with peers across functions.
