• Language classes Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our UK go-to-market engine. The UK is a strategic market for Factorial, and this role will play a key part in turning it into a core, scalable growth market. You'll own the UK marketing and demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from awareness and acquisition to pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth. This is a commercial marketing role, not a channel-specific position. You'll identify growth opportunities, define where we should invest, manage budgets, and build scalable programs that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline, MRR, and revenue. You'll work across online and offline channels, including paid media, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships, and brand activations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, Growth, and other Marketing teams to build a connected UK growth engine. We're looking for a senior, commercially minded marketer with deep UK market experience who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, make data-driven investment decisions, and build repeatable solutions that scale. Our Global Expansion team is responsible for building and scaling Factorial's presence across international markets. As part of the UK Marketing & Demand Generation team, you'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, CRM, Paid, Content, Events, and other Marketing teams. You'll have significant ownership over the UK market strategy, with the autonomy to identify opportunities, define priorities, allocate budget, test new channels, and scale the initiatives that generate the strongest commercial impact. It's to build a predictable and scalable UK growth engine. • Own the UK marketing and demand generation strategy, aligned with pipeline, MRR, and revenue targets., • Build and execute an integrated multi-channel marketing plan across paid, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships, and offline activations., • Develop campaigns around priority ICP segments, industries, accounts, products, and commercial priorities., • Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline., • Own the UK events, webinars, and market activation strategy, connecting activities to broader commercial campaigns., • Develop strategic partner marketing programs with UK partners to generate demand and pipeline., • Manage and optimize paid acquisition, lifecycle, nurture, and conversion programs., • Own and manage the UK marketing budget, including investment decisions and external agencies/vendors., • Define and monitor KPIs including pipeline, MRR, conversion, CAC, CPD/CPL, ROI, and revenue contribution., • Use performance data to optimize investment, identify scalable opportunities, and stop activities that are not generating sufficient commercial impact., • Build scalable processes, campaigns, and frameworks that can support long-term UK growth., • Represent Factorial externally through events, webinars, panels, partner sessions, and industry forums., • Bring UK market insights, customer trends, and campaign learnings to the wider GTM organization. We're looking for someone who can think like a business owner and operate like a senior marketer. You understand that demand generation isn't about maximizing leads. It's about creating a predictable flow of qualified pipeline and revenue. You should be able to look at the UK business and ask: • Where should we invest to generate the next €1M of pipeline?, • Which channels and audiences can scale?, • Where are we losing potential revenue across the funnel?, • What should we stop doing, and where should we invest more? You'll be expected to connect market strategy, brand, demand generation, technology, Sales, Partnerships, and revenue. You don't need to be the deepest expert in every channel. You need to understand how the different levers work together and know how to build the right processes, technology, teams, and external support around them. Most importantly, you should be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions with imperfect information, and building scalable solutions rather than one-off campaigns. • Alan as private health insurance, • High-growth, multicultural, and friendly environment, • Healthy life with Wellhub, • Save expenses with Cobee, • Language classes, • Breakfast in the office and organic fruit, • Food discounts with Nora, • Pet Friendly, • Much more that we'll spill during the interview process Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries. Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work. But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context. Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports. AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is. Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action. When work changes, so do we. We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply. We believe in inclusion: we are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. If you would like to learn more about our inclusive recruitment processes, you are welcome to indicate so optionally and we will share additional information with you. • We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses., • We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it., • We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other., • We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them. Want to learn more about us? Check our Factorial website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
