Present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, projects are international and an unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bCustomer Data Platform (CDP) Specialist /bwho will support the operational enablement and technical execution of the Campaign Automation Services team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to help deliver, scalable, data-driven campaigns. /ppbr/ppbWhat would your duties be? /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the Treasure Data CDP in collaboration with IT and development partners. /liliAssist in translating business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion, enrichment, and audience segmentation. /liliMaintain and update data schemas, pipelines, and segmentation logic as directed by the coordinator. /liliCoordinate with our Campaign Automation Squad the support on segmentation briefs and campaign targeting. /liliFacilitate and support the integration of CDP audiences with marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC). /liliAct as a support contact for CDP-related troubleshooting and platform usage questions for Campaign Automation Services /liliDocument platform processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and training materials. /liliMonitor platform performance and report findings to the coordinator for further action. /liliEnsure alignment with global rollout plans and operational models defined by the coordinator. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are the requirements for this position? /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. /lili3+ years of experience in marketing technology, data operations, or campaign support roles. /liliFamiliarity with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred or Twilio Segment, Dat Cloud from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Unity). /liliWorking knowledge of data integration, ETL, and audience segmentation. /liliProficiency in SQL; experience with APIs, HTML, or JavaScript is a plus. /liliExperience supporting marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC). /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams. /liliDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a support capacity. /liliFluent in English; able to work across time zones and cultures. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer? /b /ppbr/pulliWorking with a Top pharma company- Opportunity to develop a multinational career /liliLong-term project.
