We are looking for a highly senior, proactive, and independent Senior Data Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will own the end-to-end structure, governance, quality, and accessibility of go-to-market data across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. This is a hybrid role for someone who combines strong data mastery with enough technical capability to manage and evolve the data infrastructure that powers reporting as well as business acumen. It is not a data engineering role, although it requires certain technical fluency, a rigorous approach to data operations, and a strong understanding of business processes, metrics, and commercial performance. The right person will be able to operate independently, define standards, create scalable data foundations, and turn complex GTM data into trusted reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders at every level of the organization. Buscamos un/a Senior Golang Hands-on Architect para incorporarse a una plataforma API crítica , con alto tráfico y ya en producción, donde el verdadero desafío será evolucionar, optimizar y escalar un sistema existente manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad. ⚠️ No es un rol puramente arquitectónico : buscamos alguien muy técnico, hands-on y con ownership real del sistema . ¿Cuál será tu misión? Tomarás la responsabilidad de una plataforma clave dentro del ecosistema, convirtiéndote en un referente técnico mientras trabajas en su evolución progresiva sin comprometer su estabilidad.
