En el área de Electricidad y Electrónica ensayamos diferentes productos a lo largo de su vida útil, para diferentes sectores: industrial, automoción, aeronáutico, ferroviario o defensa. La división de Applus+ Laboratories te ofrece incorporarte dentro del área de Electrical & Electronics como Ingeniero de Inside Sales para la realización de propuestas económicas. ¿Cómo será tu día a día? • Soporte en la elaboración y definición de propuestas técnicas y económicas relacionadas con ensayos a aplicar a equipos eléctrico/electrónicos., • Soporte al equipo actual durante la presentación de nuestras propuestas técnicas a clientes juntamente con el departamento comercial., • Actualización y mantenimiento de tarifarios específicos relacionados con las normas y ensayos para la elaboración de ofertas., • Interacción y colaboración directa con los responsables técnicos de cada laboratorio durante la elaboración de los alcances técnicos. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? • Cursar un Grado en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o similar), • Buen nivel de ingles, • Ser una persona empática con capacidad de escucha y sentirse cómodo en entornos multiculturales., • Ser una persona que le guste el entorno técnico comercial., • Responsable, ordenado y con capacidad de autonomía. ¿Qué ofrecemos? • Adquirir conocimiento técnico sobre las normativas de aplicación, dentro del alcance de Applus., • Formar parte de un equipo técnico de unas 10 personas expertas en quienes apoyarte y aprender de forma continuada., • Adquirir conocimiento financiero y operativo en relacion a rentabilidad de las ofertas, tiempos de ensayo y eficiencia., • Adquirir conocimiento sobre kpi’s de ventas, ofertas y tiempos. Given the growth plan that they have for the upcoming years, we’re looking for a: Inside Sales Engineer Working in the Flow Control business line, the person will be responsible for improving customer performance by providing customized solutions, focusing on results, and taking a proactive approach to support their success and enhance their operations. The position can be based either in Madrid or Barcelona, offering flexibility for the right candidate. The main tasks will be: • Generate opportunities and quotations by responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and competitive proposals., • Work with the Indian Hub or Project Quotation Team to optimize the quotation process., • Review and adjust quotations to meet technical requirements., • Provide detailed product and service information to customers and the sales team., • Support sales and distribution channels to drive business growth., • Assist in resolving customer claims efficiently., • Collaborate with engineers and product management to customize solutions for customers., • Process and validate orders with factories and sub-suppliers., • Advise existing customers on product selection and share feedback with internal teams., • Work with the Account Manager to identify and engage new customers., • Participate in internal projects and training programs., • Ensure compliance with Valmet's quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. We are looking for a candidate with an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in an engineering field and experience in a similar position. Experience in flow control and a background related to valves will be valued.
