JOIN OUR TEAM AS A JUNIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST Location: Madrid, Spain Experience: 1–2 years Employment Type: Full-time hybrid About the Role We’re searching for a creative, organized, and proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to join our small, high-impact team dedicated to improving the future of agriculture and the food supply chain. If you’re energized by bringing ideas to life — from digital campaigns to content creation to cross-functional projects — and you love turning complexity into clarity, this role is for you. You’ll contribute across demand generation, content, product marketing, analytics, events, and operations. You will also take ownership of the website in collaboration with an external agency, ensuring it remains accurate, high-quality, up to date, and reflective of our evolving brand. This is a hands-on role ideal for an early-career marketer who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to support the full customer journey. What You’ll Do: From Planting Ideas to Picking Results Website Oversight • Maintain and manage our website to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency., • Coordinate updates across content, design, and structure to support ongoing campaigns and product priorities., • Conduct regular QA checks for broken links, formatting issues, page quality, and mobile responsiveness., • Collaborate with external designers, developers, or agencies as needed to implement updates or enhancements. External Partner & Agency Collaboration • Collaborate with external creative, content, or development partners to execute defined deliverables., • Provide clear briefs, consolidated feedback, and organized assets for agency work., • Ensure timelines, expectations, quality standards, and deliverables are met., • Apply multitasking and project coordination skills honed through agency or freelance experience (a strong asset). Content: Freshly Picked Ideas, Expertly Delivered • Draft compelling content for blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, events, and sales/customer enablement., • Contribute to the development of multimedia content — including short-form videos, graphics, social visuals, and presentation materials — to support campaigns and brand storytelling., • Maintain a content calendar with industry seasonal themes, and product updates., • Plan content for European and North American audiences., • Use AI tools (or learn to) to accelerate drafting, research, and creative concepts. Campaign Support & Marketing Operations • Assist with cross-channel campaigns across email, social, website, and events., • Build and schedule email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows., • Support segmentation, list preparation, and campaign QA., • Partner closely with Sales and Customer teams on targeted messaging and conversion-focused activity. Event Coordination: Growing Our Footprint • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events — including agri-food conferences, webinars, and customer programs., • Coordinate logistics, materials, travel, sponsorship execution, and speaker preparation., • Ensure seamless pre-event and post-event communication. Market Research & Insights • Support in researching industry trends, crop cycles, regulations, competitors, markets, and opportunities in the food/agri-food value chain., • Support development of personas, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis., • Provide insights that guide messaging, content, and strategic planning. Analytics Aficionado • Track KPIs across channels weekly and monthly, including website performance, MQLs, engagement, and attribution., • Analyze and summarize into meaningful insights, • Identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey. Required Skills & Qualifications · 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, AgTech, or a related field. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. In addition, Italian and French comprehension and verbal communication would be a strong asset. · Experience with or desire to learn: o Email marketing and marketing automation tools o AI tools for content, research, and ideation o Canva, PowerPoint, and design fundamentals · Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication. · Experience working with external agencies or vendors (or strong desire to learn this dynamic). · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to collaborate with cross-functionally to support pipeline and customer outcomes. · Ability to work from our Madrid office two days a week as part of an in-person team environment. · Travel within the EU, UK, and North America occasionally.
