Requisitos: • Experiencia mínima de 3 años dando clases de tenis o pádel o, por el contrario, varios años de experiencia en el campo compitiendo / jugando en torneos / partidos de alto nivel., • Muy valorable tener experiencia como jugador profesional, de primera o segunda categoría.., • Se necesita un buen nivel de inglés o español, preferiblemente ambos. Location: Marbella Salary: Up to 25,000€ gross per year Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm A prestigious and fast-evolving company based in Marbella is looking for a polished and proactive Front Desk & PA Support to be the first point of contact for guests & staff, manage day-to-day operations, and provide light support across its expanding portfolio of ventures as well as to their senior PA. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests and visitors warmly, offering a professional and discreet first impression of the company., • Oversee general front-desk and reception duties, including managing phone calls, mail/post, packages, and deliveries., • Monitor and respond to general office emails and correspondence., • Maintain order, presentation and preparation of shared areas, meeting rooms, and common office supplies., • Coordinate office calendars and assist in organizing meetings or appointments when needed., • Provide support across different departments within the office as the group expands its business lines., • Assist with light digital admin, including basic updates to the company LinkedIn page., • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office building and flag any issues requiring maintenance or external support., • Provide support to the Senior PA who takes care of the personal affairs of the owners of the company. Requirements: • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — essential. German is beneficial but not required., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a polished and professional manner., • Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team., • Proficiency in tech tools (email, calendars, cloud storage, LinkedIn)., • Valid driving license and own car required., • Professional presentation, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of discretion., • Previous experience in reception, office coordination, hospitality, or administration preferred.
