Operamos en colegios y centros culturales, y actualmente necesitamos incorporar a nuestra plantilla en la zona de Marbella (Guadalmina, Estepona). Ofrecemos formación, aunque valoramos la experiencia previa en el sector. Proporcionamos todos los materiales necesarios, aunque se valora tener coche propio para facilitar el transporte de material (pequeñas cajas de LEGO y ordenadores). Ofrecemos trabajo con contrato y pago mensual basado en las horas trabajadas. Buscamos personas con un dominio intermedio de inglés, ya que algunos de nuestros alumnos requieren asistencia en otros idiomas. Actualmente necesitamos cubrir horarios los lunes y miércoles de 16:00 a 17:00 y los martes de 13:00 a 14:00.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout. Beverage Preparation: Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to the established sequence of service. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control. Teamwork: Collaborate with and management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations. Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment., • Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus., • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus., • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to ensure seamless execution and maintain luxury service quality. Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all audio, lighting, and stage equipment is properly set up, maintained, and stored. Manage inventory, plan equipment purchases, and monitor maintenance schedules.
