
Somos una empresa de robótica y programación que está en constante búsqueda de personal para ampliar nuestro equipo. Operamos en colegios y centros culturales, y actualmente necesitamos incorporar a nuestra plantilla en la zona de Marbella (Guadalmina, Estepona). Ofrecemos formación, aunque valoramos la experiencia previa en el sector. Proporcionamos todos los materiales necesarios, aunque se valora tener coche propio para facilitar el transporte de material (pequeñas cajas de LEGO y ordenadores). Ofrecemos trabajo con contrato y pago mensual basado en las horas trabajadas. Buscamos personas con un dominio intermedio de inglés, ya que algunos de nuestros alumnos requieren asistencia en otros idiomas. Actualmente necesitamos cubrir horarios los lunes y miércoles de 16:00 a 17:00 y los martes de 13:00 a 14:00.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout. Beverage Preparation: Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to the established sequence of service. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control. Teamwork: Collaborate with and management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations. Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment., • Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus., • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus., • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the technical team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and adherence to resort standards. Train and support technicians, evaluating performance and providing guidance for improvement. Operations Management: Oversee the setup, installation, and operation of lighting and sound systems for all entertainment events. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to ensure seamless execution and maintain luxury service quality. Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all audio, lighting, and stage equipment is properly set up, maintained, and stored. Manage inventory, plan equipment purchases, and monitor maintenance schedules. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Entertainment and Operations teams, artists, and vendors to deliver technically flawless events. Maintain safety standards and compliance with health and fire regulations. Qualifications & Experience Degree or diploma in Sound Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field. Proven experience in live event sound and lighting operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of digital soundboards and lighting software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
