We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Product Manager who enjoys building useful, and scalable products. You’ll join our team and help shape the platform that brings offline performance marketing to life. What’s Oppizi Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering and direct mail campaigns. We offer 4 channels, Flyering, Door-to-Door, Direct Mail, and Insert Media (E-commerce). We operate in 12 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, Canada and in the US. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, DoorDash, Wonder, Chipotle, Deliveroo and many others. Job description The successful candidate will contribute across core areas of our product ecosystem, including the flyer builder, campaign creation flows, optimisation tools, and integrations that accelerate our go-to-market efforts. They will partner closely with engineering, design, data, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product outcomes. They will also engage directly with our ICP1 and 2 users to understand their experience, validate assumptions, and prioritise development work. In addition, they will leverage the latest AI tools to prototype new feature concepts and present them to the team as part of the product discovery process. As part of the product discovery and delivery process, we expect you to: Own the problem space: mapping friction points, understanding the market and industry needs, challenging assumptions, identifying root causes, and ensuring the team solves the right problems. Translate strategy and insights into direction: convert unclear or ambiguous needs into a clear and testable initiative with measurable success criteria. Prototype rapidly using AI tools: create lightweight functional prototypes (not just wireframes) to validate feasibility, refine the scope, and align the team around the solution. Be the voice of value: push for impact and ensure what is being built has clear commercial, operational, or customer value. Own the roadmap and prioritisation: create realistic and outcome-driven plans, balancing speed, technical constraints, and stakeholder expectations. Unblock the team: facilitate decisions, resolve ambiguity, and remove constraints to maintain the team's pace and alignment. Partner deeply with engineering and design: collaborate daily, turning vision into solutions together Measure and iterate: define success metrics, monitor performance of initiatives, gather feedback, and lead iterations in the product. Responsibilities Build lightweight prototypes using AI tools during discovery and present to the team. Define and execute the product strategy in partnership with key stakeholders (C Level) Lead discovery, scope definition, and feature prioritisation. Work with engineering and design to deliver features and improvements. Collaborate with suppliers on system integrations and understand the dynamics of their platforms. Break down complex initiatives into clear tasks and coordinate delivery across multiple teams. Produce documentation such as product requirement documents, feature guides, and epics. Communicate clearly with technical teams, vendors, business partners, and leaders. Host Agile ceremonies, facilitate requirement sessions, and maintain initiative plans.
