With a focus on innovative solutions, efficient execution, and exceptional customer service, we are seeking an experienced accountant who can also take on organizational responsibilities to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities Accounting (Approximately 70% of Working Hours) • Independently manage all aspects of bookkeeping. • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing invoices. • Reconcile accounts and track account movements. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in collaboration with the tax advisor. • Manage payment plans and oversee the dunning process. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Organizational Responsibilities (Approximately 30% of Working Hours) • Plan and coordinate staff schedules, including vacation and work shifts. • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of contractors and service providers, ensuring timely completion and quality control. • Manage employee records and provide support with administrative HR tasks. • Assist management with general organizational and administrative duties. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company. • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. • Fluency in Spanish and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.
