About the role Four Seasons Spain Collection is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join the team. Based at Madrid, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for Four Seasons Spain Collection, representing the Madrid and Mallorca properties with a strategic focus on the North America and Canada markets. The role manages leisure, strengthens brand presence, and collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, while reporting to the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales at each property. What you will do • To implement all sales action plans related to US &Canada FIT leisure segment and assigned geographical areas, in line with the approved Marketing Plan., • To actively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and budgeted revenue targets., • To proactively solicit leisure FIT business for rooms and related hotel services through direct sales activities targeting US-based &Canada based travel advisors, luxury consortia, and leisure partners., • To design and execute strategic sales action plans specifically focused on the US &Canada FIT leisure segment., • To closely monitor account revenue and business production for US FIT leisure accounts, including travel advisors, consortia, luxury agencies, and key production partners., • To maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities whenever possible., • To attend relevant work-related functions and promotional events (e.g. trade shows) and actively promote hotel products and services., • To plan and conduct sales trips to major market areas, with prior approval from the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales of both properties, visit existing and potential accounts within assigned territories., • To report to the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales of both properties on potential market and segment requiring additional sales coverage., • To review direct competitors and conduct ongoing market and industry research., • To work closely with office support staff to maintain both hotel database and Central Information System in an efficient and accurate manner., • To complete and submit weekly Golden S&C sales call reports in a timely manner., • To conduct telemarketing activities and perform research using internet and internal resources to identify, qualify, and develop new accounts., • To project a professional and positive image when representing both hotels at all times., • To host corporate familiarization trips, conduct hotel tours, attend trade shows, sales trips, and webinars, and provide support to colleagues as required., • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Associate Directors of Sales of both properties., • To maintain a high level of market exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts, telephone, email, and written communications., • To strive to meet and exceed sales targets established by the Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales., • To carry out day-to-day sales activities within the US &Canada FIT leisure market in accordance with established policies and procedures., • To develop new accounts by analyzing business potential, client needs, and purchasing behaviors., • To conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients., • To liaise with all Worldwide Sales Offices (WSOs) to generate and follow up on potential sales leads. Organizamos campamentos de verano en el norte de León, concretamente en Valdeteja, dirigidos a niños, niñas y jóvenes, con el objetivo de ofrecer una experiencia accesible, enriquecedora y de calidad tanto a nivel educativo como humano. Actualmente nos encontramos organizando nuestro próximo campamento de verano, que se desarrollará entre los días *16 y 29 de julio, y estamos en búsqueda de un/a coordinador/a de Ocio y Tiempo Libre para incorporarse al equipo educativo y organizativo de la actividad. La persona coordinadora será responsable de supervisar y acompañar el funcionamiento general del campamento, garantizando tanto el bienestar de los participantes como la correcta organización del equipo y de las actividades programadas. Tu misión principal será liderar la producción culinaria para nuestros 300 residentes durante los sábados y domingos: • Elaboración de menús: Preparación integral de los servicios de comida y cena., • Cocina de producción: Ejecutarás los menús ya confeccionados por la dirección nutricional del centro, asegurando el sabor y la calidad., • Gestión de pedidos: Solicitarás la materia prima necesaria a nuestros proveedores habituales (sin necesidad de prospección o negociación de nuevos proveedores)., • Supervisión de higiene: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas APPCC y el mantenimiento de la limpieza en el área de trabajo., • Dato clave: No tendrás que preocuparte por el emplatado ni el servicio en sala.
