Manage unexpected issues and conflicts with autonomy and efficiency. 🎬 Required Experience in Art Direction and Video Editing: We are looking for a versatile and creative profile capable of being directly involved in content creation, especially in: Participating in the development of visual concepts and storytelling. Helping define the visual style and narrative tone of the projects. Selecting and coordinating aesthetic elements (set design, colors, wardrobe, graphics). Video editing (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.). Coordinating with the post-production team to ensure visual coherence. 🧠 Candidate Requirements: Education: Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Project Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management within the audiovisual or content creation sector. Tools: Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). 🧩 Key Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication, teamwork, and artistic vision.
