    Marketing Coordinator — ClutchLoop ClutchLoop is looking for a Madrid-based Marketing Assistant to help us execute campaigns, distribute content, and keep our marketing operation moving as we grow. This is a fully remote position, but you must currently live in Madrid. While most of the work will be done remotely, we want someone local who can occasionally support photoshoots, content productions, events, and in-person meetings when needed. You’ll work directly with the founder and help turn creative ideas into executed campaigns. Your job will be to take a brief and run with it: coordinating photographers, models, brand ambassadors, and influencers; editing videos from existing B-roll; and distributing content across Instagram, TikTok, email, and our website. You should understand how social platforms work, know what is currently trending, and be able to turn one photoshoot into a full week of content. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands the platforms inside out and can eventually take ownership of the marketing engine. Initially, this will be a task- and KPI-driven role, with clear responsibilities, deadlines, and measurable goals. What we’re looking for • Mid-level marketing or content experience, • A real portfolio showing campaigns, photoshoots, content, or marketing concepts, • Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, • Basic video-editing skills, • Strong organization and communication skills, • The ability to take initiative and work independently Experience with Figma is a plus. A major differentiator is an understanding of paid media, especially Meta Ads. Knowing how hooks work, what makes someone stop scrolling, and what helps creative convert will put you at the top of our list. What the role looks like You’ll begin with direct guidance and mentorship from the founder, earning more independence and responsibility as you learn the brand and demonstrate results.
