    The foremost defining characteristic of Harlow's is our exceptional, American-style customer service. Perfection shows in the details and both our presentation and our service focuses on making the small details perfect. We are looking for a part-time server to be the face of Harlow's to our guests. The most important characteristics we require are a friendly and warm demeanor with every guest no matter the situation, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and learn quickly. Experience with cocktails is desired but not necessary. Experience as a server is a must. We do require a knowledge of alcohol and liquors, as well as experience in Food and Beverage in an upscale setting. At least a B2 level of English and Spanish is required. All communications will be in English, which is the working language at the bar. The schedule will generally be as follows, though it is subject to small changes: Friday 22:00 – 02:30 Saturday 20:00 – 02:30 This job pays €10.50 an hour. This will come out to an average gross payment of €500 per month. The salary will be paid weekly, with an estimated gross weekly payment of €115.50 – which results in approximately €105.50 net paid per week for the expected 11 hours of weekly work. Because this job is paid hourly, any significant changes to hours worked will be reflected in the payment. Any tips you earn will of course be paid out directly to you.

The role in a nutshell You will work directly with the Management Level at HUBBLR and HUBBLR AI to refine the online presence of our existing services AND validate new ventures and product ideas. Your Responsibilities • You will be joining a growing team, located in Münster, Hamburg, Mannheim, Valencia., • Together with our management team you will be working mainly on developing and validating new growth hacking ideas, • You will support us in setting up campaigns, analyzing the results and taking decisions for iterative improvements, • You will own together with the management growth KPIs and contributing to the revenue growth committed for next year, • You will help develop a growth engine that should be reusable in different other ventures HUBBLR is involved in, including new business in the box ambitions Your Qualifications • High interest in Growth / Marketing or Sales, • High ambition to be hands on, owning the work you take on, • Native understanding of Social Selling / Social Media and ability / ambitions to develop a viral following, • Communication skills for constructive team feedback (must-have), • Analytical thinking & MVP mindset (must-have), • Fluent in English (must-have), • Ability to work independently on tasks (must-have), • Living in Mannheim/Frankfurt/Valencia/Münster or close by (must-have), • Perk: previous experience in growth/marketing/sales related jobs, • An entrepreneurial mindset, • A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
