CONTRATA: GRUPO INNOVA Holding en constante crecimiento, referente en España y México por su excelencia y por la innovación en servicios multidisciplinares vinculados al ocio, la tecnología y el sector del juego y azar. 🖊️ Descripción del puesto El Coordinador de CAC (Centro de Atención al Cliente), Fraude y Pagos será responsable de liderar, organizar y supervisar al equipo y a los procesos relacionados con la atención al cliente, la prevención de fraude y la gestión de pagos en la división de juego online para España. 💼 Funciones • Gestión de equipo: Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de agentes de atención al cliente y analistas de fraude/pagos., • Atención al cliente: Garantizar un servicio de soporte de alta calidad, resolviendo incidencias, consultas y reclamaciones dentro de los SLA establecidos., • Prevención de fraude: Monitorear transacciones y actividades sospechosas, aplicando procedimientos de verificación y escalado en casos de riesgo., • Gestión de pagos: Supervisar depósitos, retiradas y conciliaciones con proveedores de pago, asegurando la fluidez y cumplimiento normativo., • Reporting y KPIs: Definir, controlar y reportar indicadores clave de rendimiento (tiempos de respuesta, ratio de fraude, tiempos de retirada,etc.)., • Cumplimiento regulatorio: Asegurar que los procesos cumplen con las normativas locales e internacionales (Ley de Juego y desarrollos, RGPD,AML, KYC, regulaciones de juego)., • Optimización de procesos: Proponer e implementar mejoras en flujos de trabajo, automatización y herramientas., • Formación y desarrollo: Capacitar al equipo, • Interlocución con otros departamentos: Trabajar con Departamento de Operaciones, Compliance, Finanzas y Marketing para la correcta ejecución de procesos. 📌 Requisitos • Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en atención al cliente, fraude o pagos.
