Business Plan : Focus assortiments et ventes standard • Définition du portefeuille optimal en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et calculs de potentiels pour les innovations., • Recommandation sur les produits arrêtés et pilotage de leur delisting., • Définition des priorités d’assortiment (à la référence) par circuit de distribution et suivi avec des actions correctrices si nécessaire., • Analyse de la performance de notre assortiment (détention, demande, prix, PDA…)., • Pilotage de l’assortiment via le nouvel outil Ecos et coordination avec les catman enseignes., • En collaboration avec le Perfect Store manager, recommandation des actions rayon et en dehors du rayon pour assurer la meilleure visibilité et la meilleure transformation commerciale terrain (juste commande, taux de rupture…). Définition des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs merch., • Même démarche pour les actions de visibilité E-Commerce, en collaboration avec le compte clé E-Commerce Drive et les équipes marketing digitales., • Construction de la vision merchandising, E-merchandising et supervision des planogrammes pour les rendez-vous clients., • Mise en œuvre des analyses ad-hoc pertinentes pour les équipes (terrain et enseignes) en fonction des besoins clients afin de répondre aux enjeux business., • Accompagnement, support ponctuel aux rendez-vous catégoriels clients. Focus promotion • Définition des priorités promotionnelles par franchise, par circuit et par enseigne (nombre de prospectus & mécanique)., • Orchestration et phasing des différents temps forts promotionnels., • Suivi et analyse de la performance et de la rentabilité des promotions (mécanique, franchise, phasing, écoulements…) en collaboration avec les catman enseignes, la finance et en pilotant le nouvel outil TPM., • En collaboration avec Perfect Store manager, définir les conditionnements promotionnels adaptés (structures, design, composition…) en collaboration avec l’équipe développement packaging, les équipes enseignes et terrain., • Recommandation et mise en place des actions de transformation commerciale (juste commande, couverture promotion…)., • En collaboration avec Perfect Store manager, définir les dispositifs de visibilité des temps forts promotionnels (PLV, opérations consommateurs…) et superviser le développement des displays promotionnels (structures, design, composition…) en collaboration avec l’équipe développement packaging, les équipes enseignes et terrain., • Contribution à la mise en place du RGM en collaboration avec les départements concernés (marketing, finance, PMO)., • Animation mensuelle du suivi & de la revente des Business Plan auprès de la DCN / DNV (recommandation de plans d’action correctifs si nécessaire). Outils : • Mise à disposition mensuelle et communication sur l’ensemble des Tableaux de Bord de performance catégorielle., • Elaboration de tous les supports de revente à l’intention des centrales (revue catégorielle, revue d’innovations…)., • En collaboration avec le Perfect Store Manager, élaboration de tous les supports de revente à l’intention de la force de vente (catalogue, argumentaire temps forts et produits, mémocard, optifacing, plans de vente…)., • Animation des nouveaux outils digitaux (Ecos, TPM…) en lien avec la gestion des assortiments ou de la promotion. Management : • Management, formation et développement d’un Perfect Store Manager, en charge de toute la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions définis en points de vente. Formation : • Formation Bac +5 Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, • Parcours professionnel de 4/5 ans incluant une expérience Siège (Category Management, Marketing ou Business Analyst), idéalement complétée par une première expérience Terrain ou en Institut d’étude., • Anglais professionnel à l’écrit et à l’oral Savoir-faire : • Capacités analytiques et de synthèse, • Finesse relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe multifonctionnelle, • Hauteur de vue sur les enjeux terrain, clients et marketing, • Bonnes connaissances des outils Panels du PGC Savoir-être : • Leadership, • Ecoute, • Esprit d’équipe, • Rigueur, autonomie

Vous accompagnez les clients dans l’activation de l’ensemble des leviers à leur disposition pour améliorer leur compétitivité : • Redéfinition des modèles opérationnels de l’ingénierie, • Optimisation de la performance des processus et activités d’ingénierie, • Amélioration de la compétitivité du coût produit, • Implémentation de la continuité numérique sur le cycle de vie d’un produit Vous apporterez votre expertise sur les problématiques liées aux enjeux du secteur dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : ingénierie, manufacturing, supply chain, vente & marketing, services.
